Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Deposit for reiki classes are non-refundable. Cancellations for individual reiki sessions will be refunded in full, minus any service fees paid, if more than 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given within 24 hours of the appointment, although a reschedule will be offered.
