We do not accept returns. Please shop mindfully and reach out if you have questions about a product before purchasing.

 

✨ Exchanges & Replacements

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (especially for silver-smithed jewelry), we are happy to offer a replacement or repair at no cost.  Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

 

📿 Stretch Bracelet Repairs

Accidents happen to the best of us!  If you accidentally (or on purpose - hey we won't judge!) break your bracelet, we offer restringing services for a small fee.   Please note that customers are responsible for shipping both ways for any restring requests.  To request a restringing or repair, email us at hello@rogueturtledesigns.com with your order details and a photo of the item.  If beads are missing, we may be able to replace the beads or substitute for a new type of bead depending on inventory on hand.
