By accessing this website and/or booking services with Rogue Turtle Collective, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all services, classes, digital content, and interactions offered by Ehrin Yates under Rogue Turtle Collective.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site or book services.

2. Nature of Services (Read This Carefully)

All services offered - including Reiki sessions, energy work, tarot readings, spiritual coaching, psychedelic support (trip sitting) and mentorship - are intended for personal growth, relaxation, and spiritual exploration.

They are not a substitute for:

• Medical care

• Psychological or psychiatric treatment

• Legal or financial advice

You acknowledge that:

• Results are not guaranteed

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes

• Any insights or guidance provided are interpretive and subjective

By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

• Reiki and energy work are complementary practices

• Tarot readings are for insight and reflection only

• No diagnosis, prescription, or medical claims are made

• You are responsible for your own interpretation and actions

3. Client Responsibility

By booking a service, you agree that:

• You are participating voluntarily

• You are mentally and emotionally capable of receiving the service

• You will communicate any relevant conditions, sensitivities, or concerns prior to your session

• You understand that healing is a self-led process, and practitioners facilitate - not fix

4. Payments

• All payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated

• Prices are listed in USD

• Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Wix, Stripe, etc.)

• By submitting payment, you authorize the full charge for the selected service

Rogue Turtle Collective is not responsible for:

• Bank fees

• Declined transactions

• Payment processing errors outside of its control

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment

• Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of payment

• No-shows are non-refundable

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the practitioner.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of spiritual and energy-based services:

• All sales are final

• No refunds will be issued for completed sessions

• Digital products, classes, and downloads are non-refundable

If there is a genuine issue, you are encouraged to reach out and it will be handled case-by-case.

7. Session Boundaries & Conduct

Rogue Turtle Collective reserves the right to:

• Refuse or terminate a session at any time

• Decline service to anyone for inappropriate behavior

• End sessions where boundaries are not respected

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

8. Confidentiality

All client information and session content is kept confidential, except where required by law.

However:

• You understand that electronic communication (email, online booking, etc.) is not 100% secure

• By using these services, you accept this risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including:

• Written material

• Course content

• PDFs, downloads, and teachings are the property of Rogue Turtle Collective and may not be:

• Reproduced

• Distributed

• Taught as your own without written permission.

Doing so will result in legal action.

10. Results Disclaimer

You understand and agree that:

• Energy work and spiritual practices are highly individual experiences

• No specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed

• Testimonials or examples do not represent typical results

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
