We’re honored to craft intention-infused goods and services to support your spiritual journey. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order with care and clarity.
📦 Processing Time
All in-stock items are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or made-to-order pieces (including personalized jewelry and ritual kits) may take up to 10 business days to complete before shipping. We complete custom purchases in the order that we receive them which may have a longer lead time, this will be communicated to each person based on the piece. Larger or multiple custom orders may take longer to fulfill. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping is available within the U.S. and internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping speed. We use USPS and UPS for shipping. If you would like your items to be shipped through another delivery service, please contact us to make arrangements to have your items shipped.

🔮 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or text. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
🧿 Packaging
All items are packaged with intention, care, and eco-conscious materials whenever possible. Jewelry includes a gift box or pouch and an information card. Herbal and ritual items are labeled and wrapped in alignment with their spiritual purpose while keeping them safe during transport.
🌬️ Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses or postal service issues. If your tracking shows your item as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.

🌍 International Orders
International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Rogue Turtle is not responsible for delays due to customs.
